3. Find a conductor
4. Find rehearsal and performance space
5. Start a website
6. Recruit musicians
7. Schedule rehearsals and concerts
8. Acquire some sheet music
9. Start rehearsing!
10. Build your orchestra's administrative leadership
11. Open a bank account
12. Incorporate as a business at the state level
13. Write bylaws
14. Apply for 501(c)(3) nonprofit status
