2. Find a conductor
3. Find rehearsal and performance space
4. Start a website
5. Recruit musicians
6. Schedule rehearsals and concerts
7. Acquire some sheet music
8. Start rehearsing!
9. Build your orchestra's administrative leadership
10. Open a bank account
11. Incorporate as a business at the state level
12. Write bylaws
13. Apply for 501(c)(3) nonprofit status
